Electronic Signature Disclosure

Last updated April 17, 2026

This disclosure explains how electronic signatures and records work on the Frontal Web client portal (the “Service”). It applies to every agreement, invoice, or other document you sign or receive electronically through the Service.

Consent to electronic records and signatures

By signing an agreement in the Service (for example, by typing your name and confirming the consent checkbox), you agree that:

  • Your typed name and affirmative click together constitute your electronic signature, with the same legal effect as a hand-written signature under the U.S. E-SIGN Act, UETA, and other applicable electronic-signature laws.
  • You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, and related records electronically.
  • You intend to be legally bound by the terms of the document you signed.

What we capture

At the moment you sign, we record:

  • Your full typed name.
  • The exact content of the agreement as it appeared to you.
  • The timestamp of the signature.
  • The IP address from which the signature was submitted.
  • Your account email address.

The signed content is frozen as an immutable snapshot; subsequent edits by the issuing agency produce a new version which must be signed again.

Hardware and software requirements

To access and retain electronic records you need a current web browser, a valid email address, and the ability to download or print PDF files.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent to electronic signatures at any time by emailing hello@frontalweb.net. Withdrawing consent will not invalidate agreements that were already signed. If you withdraw consent, future agreements will need to be executed through an alternative, non-electronic channel agreed between you and the issuing agency.

Obtaining paper copies

You can print any signed agreement from the Service using the “Print” action available on each agreement. Email us if you need a countersigned paper copy and we will arrange one at no cost.
