Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Frontal Web client portal (the “Service”) provided by Frontal Web (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. Accounts are not transferable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains malware.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the Service, or circumvent rate limits and authentication.
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or defraud others.

Content ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Fees and payment

Invoices you receive through the Service are issued by your agency, not by Frontal Web. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds, disputes, and billing questions are handled under the agreement between you and the issuing agency.

Electronic signatures

By using the e-signature feature of the Service, you agree that your typed name and explicit consent constitute a binding electronic signature under the E-SIGN Act and equivalent laws. See our E-Sign Disclosure for details.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or present a security risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email before they take effect.
